Healthy Recipe Friday - Creamy Fruit Salad

Here is a great dessert for those fun summer days, or when having friends over or for that special ladies get togther out on the patio. Simple, fast and easy.

Creamy Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
1-8 oz. carton of Vanilla Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Dairy Sour Cream
½ tsp. Vanilla
1 can (15 ¼ oz.) Pineapple Chunks (in it’s own juice) drained
1-can (15 oz.) Mandarin Oranges, drained
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 banana sliced
1 cup mini marshmallows
¼ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup flaked coconut

Directions:
In large bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream and vanilla. Next, stir in all fruit until combined.
Chill in fridge for 2 to 24 hours.

Serve chilled; Makes 6 – 1 cup servings.
